How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Relationshipshotels Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Relationshipshotels Tree Service
  • How your personal details were handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we linked you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work at your home, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they answer.

Please still tell us. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider who keeps falling short may be removed. Note that Relationshipshotels Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make choices for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@relationshipshotels.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

What Comes Next

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may mean talking to the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, your state or local licensing office may help too.
